A Little about Us...

Steph - 23/f/IN... I am recent grad with a business degree. My Main Goal is just to be able to fit into my jeans. This last semester of school was a very lazy one for me..I only had one class and working at nursing home in the Dietary department doesn't help the situation. I'm 170lbs goal is 145 (drivers license weight) but first goal is 160 and so on..BTW..

Brooke and I have been friends for a very long time. And I am just a long for the ride.. It helps a lot to have a best friend who is a Nutrition Major... =] She knows how to keep me on Track

Brookie - 21/F/IN haha i am also a psychology major minoring in nutrtion. i would like to pursue nutrition farther and my main career goal is to open a Community Center that offers exercise and nutrition advice. i'm on the journey to lose 10-20 pounds by September. in Love with really anything that lets me exercise and food, not good for you food either. we'll see if this keeps me on track.

New Work out Buddy..

Jeez I need more followers for this blog..

So I have a new Work out buddy…

Sarah from work. This is awesome because we both have similar work schedules so are working out works well together and we’re both around the same weight and height even better..

We tried out spin yesterday for the first time.. Let me tell you how awesome it felt.. Working out and sweating before the sun came up.. It gave an extra boost of energy.. Yet I took a 3 hour nap.. Haha…We are trying Zumba next thursday.. =]

So here s to a new workout regime make it be the most successful yet… =]

I have been working my cuss of literally

So last saturday. I went on a bike ride around my dads house.

Then Sunday my mom told me if I lost 10 lbs she would buy me new clothes so I went to the gym.

Monday I went to the Gym…..

Tuesday Went to the Gym

Wedensday: Gym

Thursday: Gym

Friday Gym

 I really want to take a break today but I feel if I do I’m not making any progress.. and I need to make lots of progress.. Ugh I don’t know what to do… I in pain today my Jaw even hurts..

Update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been slacking on posting. But here is an update on my progress.

I have only lost 5lbs but I’m proud of that 5lbs. I need to continue to work out more and more. I’m feeling a little bit better about myself. Although on the other hand.. i don’t have the added benefit of lifting 70lbs bricks everyday.

Gotta keep it up..

I just got back from working out and dang (!) sometimes 30 minutes truly is all you need. I haven’t been to the gym for two weeks because of work but I have been riding my bike every couple mornings. My assumption was it hadn’t done much but when I started going I was amazed, I’M STILL ABLE TO GO! The weight is slow to com off, only 7 pounds so far, but hey it’s coming off. Plus, I’ve noticed my confidence keeps going up, I’m even almost down a pants size (meaning I can shimmy into a 9). The guys at work are also impressed by how hard I try to keep up with them. I cannot wait to keep working towards my goals.

Dream Lyfe: Today was FINALLY Canoe Day

I’ve been waiting all summer for today. The bad: i went with Craig & 4 of his close friends, great guys until him & his two best friends made the “party barge” uuuggghhh. They joined canoes and drank beer… sorry guys, I canoe to exercise. Fortunately i got over that once we got into the rock…

 Rockclimbing is one thing I KNOW i can do.

I have no been doing so well with the blogging. I have been working out and working out or at least trying to. This week I had a UTI, and also started my period. So its kind of been a blah week.

I have been doing the weightless program on the elliptical but i found out I haven’t lost any weight. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. Well I have a month and July will be my month I definitely get into shape.

Wow

I am very glad I have never tried this shake.. Although it sounds sinfully delicious eating one of these would be the equivalent to one days worth of Calories.. Terrible..
